Setup instructions
Cheap Data Communications offers unlimited mobile internet for travelers and it works with your SIM card. Once arrived in Lithuania you should follow these simple steps for unlocking unlimited mobile internet on your mobile device:
- manually set mobile network to 'bite'
- set your APN to 'euinternet'
- turn mobile data and data roaming on
- open https://widerfi.com and select preferred data plan

Cheap Data applies fair usage policy, which is 200 MB per day. After you will reach this limit, Cheap Data automatically reduce bandwidth capacity. Internet connection is still available to you, but streaming services like 'youtube.com' are limited. This limitation is lifted every 24 hours from exact subscription activation time. Prepaid plans
Bite
Bite offers prepaid service under the brand named Labas. In terms of this service you can order one of the following Mobile Internet plans for your handset:
- Minute (Minute) - you pay 0.01 LTL / 0.004$ per 1 min of the Internet surfing, unlimited data volume, to activate send SMS with MINUTE to 1500.
- Diena (Day) - you get Internet access for the whole day for 1 LTL / 0.38$, the data volume is limited to 10 MB. To activate send SMS containing DIENA to 1500.
- Savaite - a week of Internet access will cost you 2 LTL / 0.76$, the data volume is limited to 200 MB. To order the plan send SMS SAVAITE to 1500.
- Menuo - an Internet access for a month, it costs 7 LTL / 2.67$ and includes 1 GB of data. To activate send SMS with MENUO to 1500.
The activation of any plan costs 0.15 LTL. To cancel any of the above plans send SMS with WAP- to 1550.
Bite GSM provides Vodafone Mobile Connect service for laptop/PC with 3.5G connection on a contraсt basis.

How to top up
You can top up your Labas account using the following options:
- Online top-up - [1] here.
- Top-up cards - you can buy such a card in any Bite outlets, gas stations, and shops where you can see the yellow Labas label. Once you've bought the card dial *100*< 8-digit card number >< 6-digit card security code ># and press Call button. Or you can call 1500, press 1, type in the 8-digit card number, then type in the 6-digit card security code, and press # -you account is topped up.
- via SMS - you have to be the SEB mobile banking user, you can register this service in any SEB bank branch. Once you've registered the service you can send SMS containing the amount you want to top up to 1528. For example, send SMS with LABAS 10 if you want to top up your account with 10 LTL. Possible top-up sums are 5 LTL / 1.91$, 10 LTL / 3.82$, 20 LTL / 7.64$, and 40 LTL / 15.28$.
- via ATMs in Swedbank or SEB.
To check the account balance dial *245# and press Call button.
To top up your Vodafone Mobile Connect prepaid Internet there are several options:
- Online banking
- Top-up cards - available values of top-up cards for Vodafone Mobile Connect prepaid Internet are 20 LTL / 7.64$ and 40 LTL / 15.28$. You can buy these cards in gas stations, Bite outlets and Labas labled stores. To top up your account with such card you need to join the self-service site home page and enter the 8-digit card number and the 6-digit card security code there.
- LABAS top-up cards - cards denominations are 5 LTL / 1.91$, 10 LTL / 3.82$, 20 LTL / 7.64$, 40 LTL / 15.28$ and 99 LTL / 37.82$. The steps to follow for topping up are the same as in previous paragraph.
- via ATMs in Swedbank or SEB banks.
- via SMS
- using FOXBOX terminals
The SIM card is valid for 6 months from the last reload, then deactivated. The credit can be used up within 3 months.

How to top up
- Omni ID Top-up Card - an Omni ID card can be purchased in any shop marked with an Omnitel Extra logo.
When using your Omni ID card for the first time:
1. Scratch the protective layer of your Omni ID card, under which you will find a secret 16-digit code.
2. Dial the Omni ID helpline 1600 and follow the instructions to enter the code.
3. Having successfully entering the code, your phone number will be linked with the new Omni ID' card.
4. Successful activation of Omni ID will be confirmed by an SMS message.
If you want to top-up your account (at any point of sale that has an Omni ID sign), hand the salesman your Omni ID card and the amount you want to top up.
- Top-up Cards - Omnitel Extra top-up cards can be purchased at any point of sale with a special Omnitel Extra sticker. After purchasing a top-up card, scratch the protective layer, under which you will find a secret Omnitel Extra top-up code. Call 1544 using the phone linked with the account you wish to top up. Follow the instructions and enter the secret Omnitel Extra code. You can enter the entire code immediately, pressing # after each set of four digits. After successfully entering the code, the account will be topped up by the amount indicated on the card.

- Extra Code (Extra kodas) - you can purchase Extra Code at all terminals of the lottery Perlas, Lukoil, Statoil, LDT, Baltic Petroleum, Ventus Nafta, EMSI, Orlen Lietuva, Luktarna, and other petrol stations, the supermarkets Maxima and Rimi, the ticket offices of Lietuvos Geležinkeliai, the ATMs of SEB bank and other points of sale marked with Omnitel Extra.
- Online top up here - if you are using the online services of Swedbank, SEB, DNB Nord, Danske Bank or Nordea.
- SOS top-up - your account can be topped up by another Omnitel user with an SMS message
- via ATMs - if you have a bank card accepted by an ATM of Swedbank or SEB
- via SMS - if you are using the Swedbank service called Mobilus Bankas.
Tele2
Prepaid service from Tele2 is called Pildyk. New Pildyk card is activated within 30 minutes after the first paid call. After activation of the card standard Pildyk tariffs are enabled. Additional services and plans can be ordered 30 mins after the activation of the card. When making the first call the system will automatically ask you to select the language for instructions (Lithuanian, English or Russian). Afterwards the language can be changed by calling 1526 (press 2). The Mobile Internet charge in Pildyk standard tariff is 0.90 LTL (0.34$) / MB.
Mobile Internet service is enabled for Pildyk customers immediately after the activation of the SIM card. Once this service is enabled you will receive mobile internet settings. To get service settings you may send toll-free SMS with INTERNETAS to 1504.
To browse the Internet from your handset for less you can order service called NARŠYK:

To order one of the above send SMS with the keyword to 1556 (for example for NARŠYK 1 send SMS with N1), cost of the message is 0.15 LTL. If the validity period of the service ends and the service is not re-ordered, the standard tariff of 0.90 LTL (0.34$) / MB is applied for the service.

How to top up
Here are some of the available methods to top up your Pildyk account:
- Online top-up - visit here and top up your account via the Internet, if you are an internet banking customer of "Swedbank", "Danske", SEB, "Snoras", "Ūkio bankas", "Nordea" or "DnB Nord" banks.
- Top up using a Pildyk ID multiple top-up card - you will find a multiple top-up card in your Pildyk package. It's already linked with the SIM card from your package. If you want to top up the account using the ID card, hand it over to the servicing shop assistant together with the money you want to top up. The shop assistant will scan the barcode of the card
and your account will be topped up within 10–15 min. You will receive an SMS notification once your account has been successfully topped up. The minimum top up amount is 5 LTL / 1.91$. You can use this method in Lithuanian post offices, TELE2 stores, “Lietuvos spauda” and “Kauno spauda” newsstands, “Perlas” lottery terminals, and at the tills of “Elektromarkt” shopping centers, “Maxima” shops, and other sales locations showing the Pildyk ID sign.
- Mobile top-up - your Pildyk account can be topped up by your friends if they are regular customers of Tele2. After topping up the account using this method, the validity of the card is extended for 100 days. It includes several variants:
1. One-off top-up - in order to make a one-off top-up to a chosen number’s account, you must send an SMS with the text Z 6YYYYYYY to telephone 1559 (cost – 0.15 LTL / 0.06$), where Z stands for the top-up amount in LTL, while 6YYYYYYY is the telephone number you want to top up.
2. Weekly top-up - in order to top up the account regularly by a certain sum every week, you must send an SMS with Z 6YYYYYYY S to 1559 (cost – 0.15 LTL / 0.06$), where Z stands for the top-up amount in LTL from 1 LTL / 0.38$ to 20 LTL / 7.64$, without cents, while 6YYYYYYY is the telephone number you want to top up (without 8 or +370 at the beginning).
3. Monthly top-up - in order to top up the account regularly by a certain sum every month, you must send an SMS with Z 6YYYYYYY M to 1559 (cost – 0.15 LTL / 0.06$), where Z stands for the top-up amount in LTL from 1 LTL / 0.38$ to 20 LTL / 7.64$, without cents, while 6YYYYYYY is the telephone number you want to top up (without 8 or +370 at the beginning).
- Top-up by SMS through bank - your account can be topped up by SMS message from 1 LTL / 0.38$ to 100 LTL / 38.21$ (without cents). To use this option you must have a valid internet banking contract with “Swedbank” and the “Mobile bank” service activated. To top up the account, send an SMS to 1633 (cost – 0.09 LTL / 0.03$) with PILDYK ZZ (where ZZ is the selected top-up amount), for example - PILDYK 20. The account will be topped up, if there are sufficient funds in your bank account. The account is topped up within 1–5 minutes after the SMS has been sent. You will receive an SMS notification once your account is successfully topped up (price of the message is 0.33 LTL / 0.13$).
To check your account balance dial *245# and press Call. The service costs 0.15 LTL / 0.06$.
TeleMaxima
You can find TeleMaxima packages in all stores of Maxima retail chain, LIETUVOS SPAUDA and R-KIOSK kiosks, PERLO terminals, you can also top up your account there. To start using Mobile Internet service offered by TeleMaxima send START to 1500 and you'll get the Internet settings. Then choose one of the following tariff plans:

How to top up
There are several options to top up your account:

Ežys
Ežys offers Mobile Internet service called Ežys Pump, it includes 4 tariff plans. You can order one of the plans by sending SMS to 1566 with a code indicated in the table below (SMS costs 0.15 LTL / 0.06$).

NOTE that when the data limit is exceeded, additional 100 KB will cost 0.09 LTL / 0.03$. Once Ežys Pump plan has expired, it is automatically renewed for the same period. If you've used up all included megabytes before the plan expires, you can order the same or another plan again. If you do not activate any of the above plans, the standard cost of Internet traffic will be 0.90 LTL / 0.34$ per MB.
How to top up
You can top up your account in the following ways:
- Multiple top up card - You will find a multiple top up card in Ežys pack. It operates in more than 4,000 points of sale all over Lithuania, where you see the Ežys sticker. Give your top up card to the vendor, and tell him or her the amount you want to top up it with. The seller will then scan the bar code of the card and your account will be credited. You will be notified of the top up amount via SMS. The minimum sum is 5.00 LTL / 1.90$.
- Online - You can top up your account via internet - here. Only the customers of Swedbank, SEB bank, Danske Bank and DnB Internet banking can top up their cards online.
- Using SOS TOP UP service - SOS top up is an opportunity for Omnitel clients to top up Ežys account via
SMS. Read more about SOS top up here, but unfortunately only in unfortunately.
Eurocom
Eurocom offers Mobile Internet service for both your handset and your laptop/PC. To get Eurocom Internet settings send SMS with START to 1500. To turn on/off the data service send SMS with D+/D to +37065911700.
