Yesss!
Yesss offers a prepaid GSM/UMTS SIM card called "Diskont-Surfen". The Download-Speed is around 1 MBit/s (Vienna, as of March 2011).Yesss uses the GSM1800/2100 UMTS Network from Orange. HSDPA and UMTS is available in big cities and mostly along highways. In Vienna not more than 50-150 kByte/s are achieved via HSDPA network in download direction, but ironically data transfer is faster in upload direction, as the network supports HSUPA. GPRS is very slow. EDGE support is rare and does not bring really much in comparison to plain GPRS. The network seems to be pretty heavy loaded.

More information
- A1 also sells starter packs for around € 100/ 140$ that include a B.Free Broadband SIM card, a USB HSDPA modem, and 1 GB of data that can be consumed within 12 months.
- Be aware that there are also "normal" B Free prepaid phone SIM card which cannot be used to use the data options (well you can but data download price for these around ist €15/ MB).
- The specific "B.Free Breitband" SIM card is needed - It can also be used for voice calls but prices are very expensive (around 70 euro cents per minute).
- After the initial 1,5 GB is used or expired you can choose from the options above.
- After buying the SIM card I only had web page access for a couple of hours. Afterward, full access was granted. Whether this was a temporary failure or normal when first using the service is hard to tell.
