Cellular Operators
CTM
CTM, or Companhia de Telecomunicações de Macau S.A.R.L, is the main phone company in Macau.

Note: I'm not sure what the second APN is for, and it's not the primary APN, but the help-desk person at the CTM shop added it for me.
To register basic cell phone service first dial 141. Then to register the Data Package Plan 2 service (1 Gig of data) dial the code 1773.
Prepaid plans
CTM
CTM offers a number of different prepaid voice plans (such as "BEST Prepaid IDD/Roaming"), some of which give you the option of then adding monthly data plans to them. Data plans include 1 Gig, 2 Gig, and Unlimited per month. They also have tourist-friendly data-only plans for 1-day or 5-days. For details check the web site www.ctm.net (there's an option to browse the site in English).
