- via recharge coupons (from € 8 / 10.45$ to € 20 / 26.11$) bought in O2 stores - on your phone dial the following *133*< 14-digit code from the coupon ># and press Call. Another option is to recharge the credit by calling the customer service line at 949 under option 1.1.
- using ATMs in the following banks - Slovenská sporitel'na, VÚB, ČSOB, OTP Banka, Tatra banka, Poštová banka, VOLKSBANK Slovensko, UniCredit Bank Slovakia, Dexia banka. Steps to follow:
1.Insert credit card into the ATM and enter a valid PIN code.
2.Select O2 in the main menu and then O2 Dobíjanie.
3.Select the desired level of recharge.
4.Enter the O2 prepaid phone number you want to recharge.
5.Confirm the details.
6.ATM will inform you about the success of the recharge.
7.Credit will be added to your prepaid O2 card. You'll get the information about your credit via text message.
